Schwarzwald Republic
Einbroch
the city of steel
- einbroch
- industrial city
Chimneys, rail, shift whistles. The first modern city in Midgard, and the first place where the sky is a schedule.
Einbroch exists because of one man: Lowin Ard Strahenstein, the scientist credited with the steam engine. Everything the Republic is proud of — the factories, the trains, the floating capital itself — traces back to that invention. The train to Einbech costs a couple of hundred zeny and runs on time, which in this world is close to a miracle.
