Frequently asked questions
Accounts, connecting and how the server behaves. Still stuck? Check the server page for the latest database-backed figures.
Where does the game data come from?
Monster, item, skill and quest pages query the server database. The job pages show eligibility tags stored on items. Content not present in the database is not filled in from another server or a static class list.
Do I need a separate game account?
The portal keeps game-compatible credentials. The username and password registered here are intended for the game client too. A client build still needs to be published by the operator.
Where can I get the client?
Check the Client & setup page and news. Only an operator-approved build should be used; an unverified download is not provided.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the password reset page and the email address associated with your account. Reset links expire and can only be used once. Never send your password to another player.
Are drop rates final in-game chances?
The percentages shown are values stored in the drop database. Gameplay multipliers are not represented in the current website database, so these values should not be treated as a verified final chance after all server modifiers.
Why is there no class progression or skill tree?
The current database has skills and item job restrictions, but no complete class-to-skill or progression mapping. The website shows the available records instead of inventing a tree.
How can I keep a useful guide?
Log in, open an article and choose Save for later. Your reading list is available under My account.
