A quiet geological curiosity that turned into a boom town because a merchant believed a story about a black stone.
The stone was Hetarium: black as a beetle, and in direct sunlight it shines with every colour at once. It was said to exist only in the far south of Arunafeltz, so a young merchant funded a small expedition and found it. Veins grew around the find. Above the village stands Thor's Volcano; offshore lies the island nobody names, the one with the abbey on it that is not a ruin and not inhabited either.
